ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUND-
ARIES, AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 31 OF THE DISTRICTING
MAP TO SHOW THE ~ECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Appli-
cation No. 221 for Change of District Classification, --$ recommended
to the City Council, not the changes requested but, a change to P-PK,
and
WHE~J~S, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that C-2-PK is
the logical District for said area, that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendmeut and that the uses
under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property;
NOW, THE~EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Tract 1265, known and numbered as 1437,
1431 and 1435 South Sycamore Street,
be reclassified from the R-3 District to C-2-PK District and that Sheet
No. 31 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Sa~ ta Aha Municipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pass-
age of this Ordinance a~d shall cause the same to be published once
within 15 days after its adoption. This 0r~inance shall take effect
30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
