ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOU~D-
ARIES, AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 45 OF THE DISTRICTING
MAP TO SHOW ~E RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREA~, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice
of and duly held a public heariug in connection with Amendment Appli-
cation No. 226 for Change of District Classification, and recommended
to the City Council a portion of the changes requested; and
WHEREA~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and found that all lots west of
proposed Standard Avenue should be classified as R-2, and does now
find that public necessity, co~venience and general welfare require
the following amendment and that the uses u~der the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREF0~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ~OES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of Califomia, described as:
Lots 17 through 37, both inclusive, as shown on tentative
Trect Map No. 3293, that is, all lots situated on the East
side of the proposed extension of Standard Avenue
be reclassified from the R-1 to the R-3 District, av~
Lots I through 16, both inclusive, as shown on tentative
Tract Map No. 3293, that is, all lots situated on the West
side of the proposed extension of Standard Avenue
be reclassified from-the R-1 to the R-2 District, and that Sheet No.
45 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.

at its regular meeting held on the 4th
