~UNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
AND A~v~NDING S~WEE. T NO. 14 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW
THE RECLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with a change of District Class-
ification initiated by said Planning Commission, and has recommended
the change hereinbelow set out, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend-
ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
On the west side of Broadway between the west line of Broadway
and the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the alley immediately
north of Seventeenth Street, 150 feet west of the west line of
Broadway; thence north to Nineteenth Street; thence north frmn a
point on the north line of Nineteenth Street which is 200 feet
west of the west line of Broadway a distance 130.6 feet; thence
west 2.5 feet; thence north 140.64 feet; thence west 22.5 feet;
thence north 100 feet; thence East 55 feet; thence north 208
feet; thence west 41 feet; thence north 167.56 feet; thence west
12.5 feet; thence north 90 feet; thence west 25 feet; thence
north 147.36 feet; thence east 74.5 feet; thence north 188 feet;
thence west 38 feet; thence north 149 feet; thence east 13.5 feet;
thence north 64 feet; thence east 48.5 feet; thence north 288
feet; thence east l0 feet; thence north 130 feet to a point on
the south line of Santa Clara Avenue, which is 140 feet west of
the west line of Broadway.

Broadway; thence North to the south line of Eighteenth Street;
thence from a point on the north line of Eighteenth Street 140
feet east of the east line of Broadw~ north to the South line
of the Alley immediately north of Eighteenth Street; thence from
a point on the nc~th line of the Alley immediately north of
Eighteenth Street 150 feet east of the east line of Broadway north
to the south line of Nineteenth Street; thence from a point on
the north line of Nineteenth Street 140 feet east of the east line
of Broadway north 122.31 feet; thence west 20 feet; thence north
to the south line of Twentieth Street; thence fr~m a point on
the north line of Twentieth Street l~0 feet east of the east
line of Broadway, north 141.03 feet; thence east 100 feet;
thence north ?0.5 feet; thence east 30 feet; thence north 4o2.34
feet; thence east 30 feet; thence no I~h 292.87 feet; thence west

Buffalo Street 154 feet east of the east line of Broadway;
thence from a point on the north line of Buffalo 150 feet east

213.4~ feet to a point on the south line of Santa Clara Avenue,
which is 200 feet east of the east line of Broadway,
be reclassified fPom P District to the P-PK District and that Sheet
No. 14 of the Districting Map of Article IX of th~ Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days frsn and
after the date of its adoption.
