MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES,
AND ASCenDING SHEET NO. 70 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW
THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No.
'247 initiated by said Commission for change of District Classifica-
and recommended to the City Council the change herein set out;

WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of aud regularly held
a public hearing on said proposal and does now find that public nec-
essity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend-
ment and that the uses under the new class~ fication will not be det-
rimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A rectangular parcel of laud located at the Southwest corner
of Tustin Avenue and 17th Street, said property having a
frontage of 627 feet on Tustin Avenue, and 1430 feet on 17th
Street,
be reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and
that Sheet No. 70 of the Districting ~ap of Article IX of the Santa
Ana ~unicipal Code be amended to show s~ch reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordina~ ce shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 7th
