II OF TS'E SANT~---~NICIPAL CODE FIXING BONDS REQUIRED OF
CERTAIN OPq~ICERS OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 1 of Article II of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Part,
designated as Part 2, in words and figures as follows:
"Part 2 - Special Regulations and Requirements.
Section 2120. Bonds of Officers.
Officers' bonds in favor of the City are required of
the following named officers to guarantee the faithful
perfo~nance of their duties and their honesty in the
amounts hereinafter indicated:
City Manager
Director of Fin~ce
City Treasurer
Director of Public Works
Director of Building and Housing
Purchasing Agent
$50,000.00

25,000.00
25,000.00
25,000.00"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
