ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE '1~3~ DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT NAP
14-~-10 ANENDED BY EXHIBIT "C"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of
duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application
No. 258 initiated by the Planning Commission, and has recommended
to the City Council the reclassification of property hereinbelow
set out, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and held a public
hearing on said application and does now find that public necessi ty,
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment, and
that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental
to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEKEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, hereinbelow described, is
hereby reclassified as hereinbelow set out, and that new Sectional
District Nap 14-~-lO as anended by Exhibit "C" is hereby adopted and
established to show such ~eclassifications and to show the classifi-
cation of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby
made to said Nap for further details as to the zoning in said Section.
A copy of said 5~ap is hereby ordered filed in the office of the Planning
Commission, in the Building Department, and in the office of the Cle ~k
of the Council.
The property, together with the District classification changes
are as follows:
i - Reclassify from the C District to the C-1 District, with
addition thereto of PK (District Parking Req~ irement), property
located at the northwest corner of Bristol Street and Fairview
Avenue, to a depth of 266, north of Fairview Avenue and llS' west
of Bristol Street to the alley.
2 - Reclassify, from the C-2PK Distr~ct to the R-3 District,
property bounded on the west by Pacific Avenue, on the north by
a line 177' south of the south line of Fai~view Avenue, on the
south by an slley 270' north of the north line of Wilshtre Avenue,
and on the east by an alley 460' west of the west line of Bristol
Street.
3 - Reclassify from the R-1 District ~ d the C-2-PK District,
to the C-1 District, with the addition thereto of PK (District
Pa~ktng Requirement), property described as follows:
Bounded on the east by Bristol Street, on the north by the
south line of Fairview Avenue, on the south by a line 270' north
of Wilshire Avenue, and on t he west by a line beginning at the
southeast corner of Pacific Avenue and Fairview Avenue, extending
south 177', thence east 375' to the east line of Tract 3245, thence
south to a line 270' north of Wilshire Avenue.
- Add ts the C-1 District, the PK (District Parking Require-
ment , on property located at the northwest corner of Bristol
Street and Wilshire Avenue having a frontage of 270' on Bristol
Street and 200' on Wilshire Avenue.
SECTION 2. T~is Ordinance shal 1 take effect 30 days from and
after its adoption.
