N. W. ANNEX"
WH~REA~, the City Council of the City of Ss~ta Aha did on August
18, 1958, deolare its intention to annex eerSain uninhabited territory
by Resolution No. 58-202, which said Resolution was regularly published
as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of a pub-
lic hearing to be held on October 6, 1958, which said hearing was regu-
larly held.
NOW, THEREFORE, t he City Council of the City of Santa Ana does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That after due hearing it finds there was no protest
to annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of
the time and place of hearing was given, that said territory was unin-
habited at the time the petition for annexation was filed; that said
territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha and that said terri-
tory shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of the City existing
at the time of this aonexation.
SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Seventeenth Street,
80.00 feet wide, 320.10 feet westerly, measured along/said
north line, from the west line of Old Tustin Avenue, b0.O0
feet wide; and running thence north along the west line of
that certain property conveyed to Elmer LeRoy Bensgn and wife
as recorded August 12, 1946, in Book ll~l~ Page 26b, Official
Records of Or~ ge County, California, 719.00 feet more or
less to the southwesterly line of the "Royal and Rosetta
Mueller" property as sho~ on a Record of Survey Map, filed
in Book 6, Page 2, Records of Survey in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South
480 30' East 128.70 feet; thence South 77° 45' East 63.36
feet; thence South 88°~45, East 148.50 feet to the west line
of 01d Tustin Avenue, b0.00 feet wide; thence South 0° 21'
45" East 621.32 feet along said west line to the north line
of said S§venteenth Street, 80.00 feet wide; thence west along
said north line and along the City boundary of the City of
Santa Ana, California, 320.10 Feet to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the
City of Santa Aha, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected,
approved and declared.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its final adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on
