THAT CERTAIN TERR~ DESIGNATED "SEGERSTROM ANNEX
NO. 4"
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ama did on
September 2, 1958, declare its intention to smnex certain uninhab-
ited territory by Resolution No. 58-222, which said Resolution was
regularly published as required by law, and which said Resolution
gave due notice of a public hearing to be held on October 6, 1958,
which said hearing was regularly held.
NOW, THERE~0RE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That after due hearing it finds there was no protest
to annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of
the time and place of hearing was given, that said territory was un-
inhabited at the time the petition for aanexation was filed; that
said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha and that said
territol~y shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of the City ex-
isting at the time of this ar~exation.
SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL I: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center
line of Harbor Boulevard, 80 feet wide, with the center line of
Huntzinger Avenue; thence North 1° 19' 45" West 1292.83 feet
along said center llne of Harbor Boulevard; thence departing
from said center line Northo88° 37' 00" East 630.00 feet to an
angle point; thence North 1 19t 45" West 222.b7 feet to the
true point of beginning, said point .of beginning being in the
City Bo'~ndary of the City of Sa~ ta Aha, California; thence
South 88° 59' 12" West 218.07 feet along said City Boundary to
an angl~e point in ss_id City Boundary; thence North 8° 15' 00"
East 386.97 feet along said City Boundary to an an~le point in
said City Boundary; thence North 80° 26' 30" East 66.73 feet
along said City Boundary to an angle point in said City Bound-
ary; thence North 33° 0~' 00" East 155.12 feet along said City
Boundary; thence departing from said City Boundary South 1°
19' 45" East 520.33 feet to said true point of beginning.
PARCEL II: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center
line of Harbor Boulevard, 80 feet wide, with the center line of
Huntzinger Avenue; thence North 1° 19' 45" West 1292.83 feet
along said center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence departing
from said center line North 88° 37' 00" East 630.00 feet to an
angle point; thence North 1° 19' 45" West 743.00 feet to a
point in the City boundary of the City of Sa~ ta Aha, California;
thence North 33° 04' 00" East 100.77 feet along said City
boundary to a pgin.t, said point being the t~ue point of beginning;
thence North 33v 04' 00" East 118.53 feet along said Gity bound-
ary; thence departing from said City boundary South l°19, 45"
East 97.79 feet to an angle point; thence South 88° 39,-10" West
66.96 feet to said true point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the
City of Santa Aha, the Santa Aha School District, Santa Aha High School
District a~d the Santa Aha Junior College District, and said annexa-
tion is by this Ordinance effected, approved and declared.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its final adoption.
