MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 25-5-10
W~REAB, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
267, initiated by said Commission, and recommended to the City
Council the r~classiftcation of property situated on the west side
of South Main Street Just north of the Pacific Electric Railway right
of way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due riottce of and regularly
held a public hearing on said Amendment, and does now find that
public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the foll-
owing amendment, and that the uses under the new classification will
not be detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, ~
State of California, bounded on the north by Delhi Road, on the
east by Main Street, on the south by the Pacific Electric Railway
right of way, and on the west by a line approximately 322 feet west
of the center line of Main Street, be reclassified from C-1-PK
District to the C-2-PK District, and that Sectional District Map
25-5-10 be amended anl approved in accordance with Exhibit D to
show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
