NO. 1-5-10, EXHIBIT A
WHEREAS, heretofore the Planning Commission gave notice of
and regularly held a public hearing on the adop.~on of Sectional
District Map 1-5-10 and recommended to the City. Council that said
District Map be adopted to replace Districting Maps 13, l~, 17, and
18 without making any zone changes but precising and realigning the
zone boundaries along property lines in some cases where property
lines were not exactly followed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Sectional District Map 1-5-10, nominated Exhibit
A, is hereby adopted to show the districting regulations in the
areas affected thereby and to modify certain boundary lines to con-
form the .same to property lines.
SECTION 2. That Districting Maps 13, 14, 17, and 18 are here-
by repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the ~
