SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING COMPENSATION FOR
~EM~ERS OF TH~ PLANNING CONi~ISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 5 of Article II of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code is hereby amended by amending Section 2517 thereof
to read as follows:
"Section 2517. Compensation of Commission Members.
Each member of the Planning Comm~ision shall re-
ceive the su~ of Ten Dollars for each regular
meeting or adjourned regular meeting of the Plan-
ning Commission which he attends: Provided, how-
ever, that no such member be paid for more than
four such meetings held during any one calendar
month."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.

going Ordinance was regularly introduced at its regular meeting held
on the 18th day of May, 1959, and was again considered by said Council
at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 1959, and was
at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by said Council by
