PORTIONS OF LEH---N~ AVENUE, VERANO STREET, AND SMELTZER
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE ~ TY 0F SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after recommendation by the Planning Commis-
sion, and public hearing, on notice, it finds and declares that the
public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and
welfare require, and there is hePeby established, setback lines as
hereinbelow set out, all in accordance wi th no~ice contained in
Resolution No. 59-156.
SECTION 2. That new subparagraphs (w), (x), and (y) are here-
by added to Section 9250 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as
follows:
(w)
Lehnhardt Avenue, on the South side, between the East
line of Verano Street, and a point 520 feet East of
the surveyed center line of Verano Street, 55 feet from
the surveyed center line of Lehnhardt Avenue, measured
at right angles.
(x)
Verano Street, on the East side, between the Somth line
of proposed Lehnhardt Avenue and a point 210 feet North
of the center line of Smeltzer Avenue, ll0 feet from the
surveyed center line of Verano Street, measured at right
angles.
Smeltzer Avenue, on the North side, between a point 207
feet East of the surveyed center line of Verano Street
and a point 520 feet East of the surveyed center line
of Verano Street, 120 feet from the surveyed center line
of Smeltzer Avenue, measured at right angles.
SECTION 3- This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
