YERAMO AVEI~E IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS A COUNTY HIGHWAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION i. That under the authority of Section 1700, Article 3, Chapter g~ Division
2 of the California Streets and Highways Code, State of California~ the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Orange have declared by resolution that the inter-
section of Wes:minister Avenue and Verano Avenue, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, to be a County Highway.
SECTION 2t Under the authority of Section 1701, Article 3, Chapter 9, Division
2 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California, by this Ordinance the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California does hereby consent that this
highway namely, the intersection of Wes:minister Avenue and Verano Avenue, shall
become a County highway with respect to its construction, maintenance, improve-
ment and repair.
SECTION 3: The consent granted by Section 2 of this Ordinance shall remain
in effect until the County of Orange under the authority of Section 1704, Article
3, Chapter 9, Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California~
shall by resolution relinquish its jurisdiction over said street at which time
said street will again revert to the jurisdiction of the City.
SECTION 4t This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date
of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the
t7th day of AuguSt , 1959.
