LINES ALONG BOTH SIDES OF~ RAITT STREET BETWEEN FIFTH
STREET AND DELHI ROAD
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council ado~ ed Resolution No.
59-203, declaring its intention to establish future right of way
lines as he~etnbelow set out, giving notice of public hearing to
be held September 8, 1959, ~ud regularly held said public hearing,
and determined that said future right of way lines should be estab-
lished, as recommended by the Planning Con~nisston.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 92~0.1 of the S~ta Aha Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new sub-paragraph to be
designated (h), in words and figures as follows:
(h) R~tt Street
On both sides between Fifth Street and McFadden Avenue,
measured 42 feet from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
On the west side between I~cFadden Avenue and Delhi
Road, measured 42 feet from and at ~ght angles to the survey
center line.
On the east side between McFadden Avenue and Edinger
Street, measured 29 feet f~m and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the east side between Edinger Street and a point
1313.87 feet south of the survey center line of Edinger
Street, measured 34 feet from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the east side between a point 1313.87 feet south of
the survey center line of Edinger Street and Delhi Road,
measured 42 feet from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance sh~l take effect 30 days from and
after its adoption.
