MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND-
~.~ENT APPLICATION NO. 285 AND TO A~ND SECTIONAL DISTRICT
NAP 10-Z-lO, EXHIBIT B
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with the changes herein set out;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hearing
on notice on the question of the chauge in District Classification
and Amendment to ~ap, and does now find that public necessity, con-
venience and general welfare require the following amendment, and
that the uses under the new classtftcation will not be detrimental
to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
County of Orange,
That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
State of California, located on the West side of
Harper Street (a private street), bounded on the South by a line
330 feet South of the center line of Westminster Avenue, bounded on
the East by Harper Street, on the West by a line approximately 228
feet West of Harper Street, and on the North by a line 270 feet
South of the center line of ~es~minster Avenue is hereby reclas-
sified from the C-2-PK District to the M-1 District~ and that
Sectional District ~ap 10-Z-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and
adopted to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of S~ta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of 0cteber , 19~9.
