LINES ALONG PORT~ONS OF MAIN STREET AND WALNUT STREET
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
59-233 declaring its intention to establish the Future Right-of
Way Lines hereinbelow set out, giving notice of public hearing to
be held October 5th, 1959, regularly held said public hearing and
determined that said Future Right-of-Way Lines should be estab-
lished as recommended by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~NTA ANA
DOES 0~DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9250.1 of the Sauta Aha Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be
designated (k) and (1), in words and figures as follows:
(k) Main Street
On both sides between the north City Limits and Third
Street, measured 45 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
On the west side, between Third Street and First
Street, measured 43 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
On the east side, between Third Street and First Street,
measured 47 feet f~om and at right ~ugles to the sur-
vey center line.
On the west side, between Delhi Road and Dyer Road,
measured 60 feet from and at right angles to the sur-
vey center line.
On the east side between Delhi Road and Dyer Road,
measured 44 feet frc~ and at right angles to the sur-
vey center line.
On both sides, between Dyer Road and Newport Avenue,
measured 52 feet from and at right angles to the sur-
vey center line.

On both sides between Artesia Street and a point approx-
imately 500 feet east of Artesia Street, measumed42
feet from and at right angles to the survey center line.
On both sides between Baker Street and Flower Street,
measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
On both sides between Maple Street and Minnie Street,
measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
SECTION 2. This OrdLuance shall take effect 30 days from
and after its adoption.
