ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHAN3E DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 293 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10, EXHIBIT B
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application
No. 293, initiated by said Commission, and recommended the change in
District Classification hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the sur-
rounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the resl property in t he City of Sauta'
Ana, County of Orange, California, known as Assessor's Parcel No.
4-08-15, and known and numbered as 1426 North Baker Street, Santa
Ana, California, said lot being 1~4.~9 feet from East to West, and
93.46 feet from North to South, and the North line of said lot being
located approximately l0 feet South of the South line of Fifteenth
Street extended Westerly, is hereby reclassified from the R-1
District to' the R-2 District, and Sectional District Map 12-~-10,
Exhibit B~ is hereby amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of ~he City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on t he 2ad day of Nevembe~ , 19~9.
