ANA ~UNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave notice of and duly held
a public hearing in connection with an amendment application initiated
by said Commission, and recommended the change in District Classifi-
cation hereinbelow set out; and
WHEPdEAS, the City Council regularly held apublic hearing on
said question and does now find that public i
necess ty, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment; and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surzounding pro petty;
NOW, THEREFOP~E THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of S~ta Ana,
County of Orange, California bounded on the North by Westminster
Avenue, on the East by the Santa AnaRiver Channel, on the South by
a line 200 feet South of a~ d parallel to the center line of Westmin-
ster Avenue, and on the West by Be~rydale, be reclassified from the
R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and that Sectional District Map
ll-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adop~ ed to show ssi d re-
classification.
SECTION 2.
