LINES ALONG HARBOR BbULEVARD AND VERAN0 AND SEVENTEENTH

WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolutions
No. 59-26~ and No. 59-266, declaring its intention to establish
future right-of-way lines hereinbelow set out, giving notice of
public hea~ing to be held November 2, 19~9, regularly held said
hearing, and determined that said future right-of-way lines should
be established, as reconm~ended by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, t~e City Council of the City of S~ ta Aha
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 92~0.1 of the Santa Ana ~unicipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new sub-paragraphs, to be
designated (m), (n) and (o), in words and figures as followe:
(m) ~arbor Boulevard
On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway
and proposed San Diego Freeway, measured 60 feet from
and at right angles to the surveyed center line.
(n) ~erano Stregt
On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway
and Slater Avenue, measured ~2 feet frc~ and at right
angles to the survey center line.
(o) Seventeenth Street - Westminster Avenue
On both sides, between King and Verano Streets, meas-
ured ~2 feet from and at right ~gles to the survey
center line.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after its adoption.
