LINES ALONG PORTIONS
AND FRUIT STREET
ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY
OF STANDARD AVENUE, RITCHEY STRMMT
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
59-320, declaring its intention to establish street right of way
lines herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held
January 18, 1960, regularly ~eld said ~earing, and determined that
said future right of way lines should be established, as recommended
by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONal. That the City Council ~ereby finds and declares
that the public safety, health and general welfare require the es-
tablishment of building setback lines hereinbelow set out, and,
therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated
(u), (v), and (w), in words and figures as follows:
(u) Standard Avenue
On both sides between First Street and Delhi Road,
40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey
centerline.
(v) Ritchey Street
On both sides between ~cFadden Avenue and t~e easterly
extension of Edinger Street, 42 feet, measured from and at
right angles to the survey centerline.
(w) Fruit Street
On both sides, between French Street and Grand Avenue,
40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey
centerline.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
