LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF BRISTOL STREET
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
60-8 declaring its intention to establish future ~t g~t of way lines
as herein set out, giving notice of a public hearing to be held
February 15, 1960, regularly held said hearing and deteEnined that
said future right of way lines A~ ould be established~ as recommend-
ed by the Planning Commission;
NOW, ~{EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.. That the City Council hereby finds and declares
that the public safety, health and general welfare require the
establishment of building setback lines, as hereinbelow set out,
and, therefore, Section 9250.1 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code
is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be desig-
nated (z) in words and figures as follows:
(z) Sristol Street
From present Talbert Avenue to Delhi Road, on both
sides, measured 50 feet from and at right angles to
the construction centerline.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
