A~NA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
A~ENDME~T APPLICATION NO. ~04 ~O ~ENDING SECTIONAL
WHEREAS,
a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 304, initiated by said
Commission and recommended the changes in District Classification
hereinbelow set out; and
~HEREAS, the City Council has ~ly held apublic hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sm ta Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, b~unded as follows:
That area bounded on the south by Edifier Street, on the
west by Bristol Street, on the east by an alley approxi-
mately l?~ feet east of Bristol Street, a~d on the nc~th
by a line 331 feet north of the centerline of Edinger
Street (Lot 124 through Lot 1280 of Tract l~l~),
is hereby reclassified from the C District to the C-1-PK District
and Sectional District H~ 24-~-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after
the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Ctt~ of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the ?th day of Nareh ,
1960. ~
