AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT I~AP NO. 24-~-10

WHEREAS, the Pla~ning Commission has duly held a public hearing
on notice, and recommended the changes in district classification here-
inbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require ~h~ following a~endments, and that t~e
uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows:
On the East by the centerline of Plower Street, on the
South by the centerline of Glenwood Place,. on the West
by an alley approximately 175 feeb West of the center-
line of Flower Street, and on the North by a line approx-
imately 339 feet North of the centerline of St. Andrew
Place,
is hereby reclassified from the C District to the C-1 PK District
and Sectional District ~ap 24-5-10 is amended to s~ow such reclas-
sification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of .March ~ , 1~60.
