WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF EDINGER STREET, FIRST
STREET--BOLSA AVENUE AND DYER ROAD.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolutions
No. 60-48 and 60-49 declaring intention to establish future right
of way lines as herein set out, giving notice of public hearing
to be held April 18, 1960, regularly held said hearing and deter-
mined that said lines should be established, as recommended by
the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds and declares
that the public safety, health and general welfare require the
establishment of building setback lines as herein set out, and
therefore, Section 9250.1 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is here-
by amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated
(cc), (dd) and (ee) in words and figures as follows:
(cc) Edinqer Street
On both sides between Harbor Boulevard and a point approxi-
mately 479 feet West of the centerline of Fairview Street,
measured 52 feet North and South of and parallel to the sur-
vey centerline of Edinger Street.
On both sides between a point 479 feet Nest of the center-
line of Fairview Street and a point 211 feet East of the
centerline of Gordon Place, measured 52 feet North and South
of and parallel to the construction centerline of Edinger
Street. (Reference diagrams 21-31 on file in Eng. Department.)
On both sides between a point 211 feet East of the centerline
of Gordon Place and Raitt Street, measured 52 feet North and
South of and parallel to the survey centerline of Edinger
Street.
On the North side between Raitt Street and Bristol Street,
measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey
centerline of Edinger Street.
On the South side between Raitt Street and Bristol Street,
measured 52 feet South of and parallel to the survey center-
line of Edinger Street.
On the North side between Bristol Street and Magnolia Street,
measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey
centerline of Edinger Street.
On the South side between Bristol Street and a point 145
feet East of the centerline of Eaker Street, measured 54
feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of
Edinger Street.
On the North side between Sycamore Street and a point 196
feet East of the centerline of Main Street, measured 74
feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of
Edinger Street.
On the South side between Sycamore Street and a point 153
feet East of the centerline of Main Street, measured 30
feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of
Edinger Street.
(dd) First Street - Bolsa Avenue
On both sides between the west corporate limits and Harbor
Boulevard, measured 60 feet North and South of, and parallel
to the survey centerline of Bolsa Avenue.
On the North side, between Harbor Boulevard and Townsend
Street, measured 52 feet North of and parallel to the survey
centerline.
On the South side between Harbor Boulevard and Center Street,
measured 52 feet South of and parallel to the survey center-
line.
On the South side between Center Street and the point where
the South line of Walnut Street intersects the South line of
First Street, measured 55 feet South of and parallel to the
survey centerline of First Street.
On the North side between Minnie Street and the Santa Ana
Freeway, measured 33 feet North of and parallel to the survey
centerline of First Street.
On the South side between Minnie Street and the Santa Aha
Freeway, measured 71 feet from and at right angles to the
survey centerline.
On both sides between the Santa Ana Freeway and the East
corporate limits, measured 52 feet from and at right angles
to the survey centerline of First Street.
(ee) Dyer Road (Proposed Talbert Avenue)
On both sides between Main Street and a point 348 feet East
of the centerline of Orange Avenue, measured 50 feet North
and South of and parallel to the construction centerline of
Dyer Road, on file in the Department of Public Works.
On both sides between a point 348 feet East of the center-
line of Orange and Newport Avenues, measured 50 feet North
and South of and parallel to the survey centerline of Dyer
Road.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the .2nd day of M~y ,
1960.
