ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 305, AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10 AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. NS-438
WHEREAS, after notice, hearing and recommendation by the
Planning Co,~u~,ission on Application No. 305, filed by J~a~s~,~.Go~9~
the City Council adopted Ordinance No. NS-438 changing district
classification, and in so doing used an inaccurate property descrip-
tion which should now be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Section 16, Town-
ship 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
which is 200 feet East of the common section corner of Sec-
tions 8, 9, 16 and 17 and 30 feet South of the North line of
said Section 16; thence East 460 feet; thence South to a
point which is ~6~ feet South of the center line of First
Street (Bolsa); thence West approximately 630 feet to the
Easterly line of Verano Street; thence North along the East-
erly line of Verano Street to a point which is 210 feet
South of the North line of said Section 16; thence East 170
feet; thence North to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 PK and A-1 Districts to the
C-1-PK District and Sectional . District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. NS-438 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6%h day of June ,
1960. ~
