(SEVENTEENTH STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey
and Council determination, and under authority contained in Sec-
tions 22357 and 22358 of the Vehicle Code of the State of Calif-
ornia, Subsection "(aa)" of Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed
greater than 40 miles per hour on the portions
of Westminster Avenue between Verano Street
and a point 264o feet West of the centerlins
of Berrydale Street within the City Limits of
the City of Santa Ana.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.
