ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 314 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 24-5-10
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 314 filed by
Elbert C. Missildine, and recommended the changes in District
classification herein below set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 24 to 27, inclusivew and 32 to 39, inclusive, all
in Block B of Tract 531, Edinger Square, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 18, Pages 2 and 3 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 and R-2 Districts to the C-2
District, and Sectional District Map 24-5-10 is hereby amended to show
such reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of .September , 1960.
