SECTION AvU~4BERS ON ORDINANCE NO. NS~457
RELATING TO FLY CONTROL Ai~D PROTECTION OF
PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1960, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana adopted Ordinance No. NS-457 adding Chapter 5, Part i to
Article V of the Santa Aha Municipal Code relating to the Fly
Control and Protection of Public Health; and
W~-IEREAS, the Chapter numbered 5 and Sections numbered
5500 to 5508, inclusive, were so numbered and designated in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 5, entitled "Pest Control", of said
Ordinance No. NS-457 be corrected and designated as Chapter 6, "Pest
Control".
SECTION 2. That Sections designated as 5500 to 5508, inclusive,
be changed, corrected and numbered as Sections 5600 to 5608, inclusive.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
