SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION ON ~IENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 322 AND ~ENDING
SECTIONAL DISTRICT i,~P 2-5-10 (EXHIBIT 322-A)
~-HEREAS, Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 322, initiated
by said Commission, and recommended the changes in District
classification hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly~eld a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the city of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Berrydale
Street located along said centerline for a distance of
approximately 1050.90 faetNorth of the centerline of
Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth
Street a~dat a distanceof approximately 1050.90 feet North
of said centerline for a distance of approximately
d59.49 feet from the centerline of Berrydale Street;
thence N6rtherly along a line approximately parallel
witn the centerline of Berrydale Street for a distance
of approximately 27~ feet; thence Westerly along a line
approximately parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth
Street for a distance of approximately 8~9.49 feet to the
centerline of Berrydale Street; thence Southerly along
the centerline of Berrydale Street to the point of
beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the ~-1 District
as shown on Sectional District [~lap 2-5-10 (Exhibit 322-A), and
said Sectional District Map is hereby amended to show said
reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
