L~ ON SANTA CLARA BETWEE~ ITs INTERSECTION WITH
NORTH OL1TE LANE AND HOS~U~OOD AVENUE TO 25 MILES PER
HOUR
WHEHEAS, heretofore the City Council established a speed limit of
35 miles per hour on Santa Clara between its intersection with North Olive
Lane and Rosewood Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the area between North Olive Lane and Rosewood Avenue has
now been developed with a number of hOmes fronting on Santa Clara to establish
a California Vehicle Code residence District.
NOW, THE?J~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~NA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (e) of Section 32~)of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. ~lis ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of S,~nta Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 21~% day of N~ve~ 1960.
