SARMA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 328 AND AMENDIIqG
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 7-5-9 (EXHIBIT 328 B)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held e public hearing on Amendment Application No. 328, initiated by
G. Howard Robertshaw, and recommended the changes in District classi-
fication hereiubelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAiqTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
S~CTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County Of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Southerly 80 feet of that portion of Lot 16 of
East Side Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 1, Page 21, of Miscellaneous Maps,
County of Orange, California,
is hereby reclassified from the R-3 District to the C-1 District as
shown on Sectional District Map 7-5-9 (Exhibit 328 B), and said
Sectional District Map is hereby amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.

at its regular meeting held on the
