~HE~.%S, 'the Plannin9 Com~.ission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearin~ on ~aenc%aent Application Lo. 332, initiated by
i!ary Josephine i{cRenzie, which requested a change in District classi-
fication for certain property, hereinafter described, from the
District to the C-i District; and said Planning Co~mu~ission recom-
mended the changes in District classification from k-1 to C-S; and
WHE~iS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that -the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding ]property.

ORDAIN AS POLLOWS:
SEC:~!ON 1. TLat the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Eeginning a~ the Northwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township

and 581.45 feet North of the Southwest corner of the
