THE SANTA ANA MU~ICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND~ENT APPLICATION NO. 340,
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT I4AP 2-3-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 340, ~ by
said ~ for a change of District classification from an R-1
District to a C-5 District,~ and said Commission has recommended
approval of said Amendment Application; and
~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general
welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the
new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CI'fY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA~ DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Parcel 1. Beginning at a point where the center line of
Trask Avenue intersects the center line of Berrydale Street,
thence Easterly along the centerline of Trask Avenue for
a distance of approximately 253 feet; thence Southerly along
a line parallel to the center line of Berrydale Street for a
distance of approximately 240 feet; thence Westerly along a
line parallel to the center line of Trask Avenue for a dis-
tance of approximately 2~3 feet to the center line of
Berrydale Street; thence Northerly along the center line of
Berrydale Street to the point of beginning;
Parcel 2. Beginning at a point on the center line of Berry-
dale Street which is located approximately 398.32 feet
Northerly from the point where the center lane of Berrydale
Street intersects the centerline of Twenty-First Street;
thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Twenty-First Street for a distance of 2~3 feet,
more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Berrydale Street for a distance
of 19~.I~ feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Twenty-First
Street for a distance of 2~3 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Berrydale Street; thence Northerly along the
center lane of Berrydale Street for a distance of 19S.1~ feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-5 District as
shown on Sectional District Map 2-5-10 (Exhibit AA 340 A), and said
Sectional District ~4ap is hereby amended to show said reclassification.

SECTION 2. 'Chis Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
