THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 349
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 26-5-10

WHeReAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 349, initiated by
CANDY HOMES, INC. for a change of District classification from the
A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said C~mmission has recommended
approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does n~w find that public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under
th~ new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 1 through 71, inclusive, of Tract 3963 as shown on
a map recorded in Book 141, Pages 14 and 15, Official
Records of Orange County, California,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District,
and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 (E~dlibit AA 349 A) is hereby
amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ls% day of Ma~ ..., 1961.

Ordinance was regularly introduced at its regular meeting held on

at its regular meeting held on the ls% day of May , 1961, and
was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by said Council by
