SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 365
AND AME~ING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 365, initiated by
HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM for a change in District classification fr~ the
C-2 District to the C-3 District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general
welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the new
classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Sycamore Street
located 100 feet, more or less, Northerly from the point
where the center line of Sycamore Street intersects the
center line of Tenth Street; thence Easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Tenth Street
for a distance of ~15.21 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Main Street; thence Northerly along the center
line of Main Street for a distance of 234.2 feet, more or
less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Tenth Street for a distance of
315.2 feet, more or less, to the center line of Sycamore
Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Sycamore
Street for a distance of 234.2~ feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 District to the C-3 District, and
Sectional District Map 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 365 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
