PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON PORTIONS
OF FAIRVIEW STREET~ H3~ AVENUE,
NEWHOPE STREET AND McFADDEN AVENUE
THE CI~f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council
determination~ and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California~ the following Subsections are hereby
added to Section 3280 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code:
(v) Fairview Street, Fifth Street to McFadden Avenue
McFadden Avenue to Warner Avenue
(w) Hazard Avenue~ Harbor Boulevard to Euclid Street
(x) Newhope Street, Fifth Street to Edinger Avenue
(y) McFadden Avenue, Bristol Street to Fairview Street
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
