SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 416 AND AMENDING
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 25-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 416 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application 416, initiated by
CAL ENTERPRISES for a change in District classification from the C-2
District to the CM District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point where the center line of Main Street
intersects the center line of Central Avenue; thence
Northerly along the center line of Main Street for a
distance of 443.8 feet, more or less; thence Westerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Central Avenue for a distance of 322 feet, more or less;
thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Main Street for a distance of 443.8 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Central Avenue; thence
Easterly along the center line of Central Avenue for.a
distance of 322 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 District to the CM District, and
Sectional District Map 25-5-10 (Exhibit AA 416 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
fro~ and after the date of its adoption.
