SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 414 AND AMENDING
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 (EX}{IBIT AA 414 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application ~4, initiated by
RAY McCOY for a change in District classification from the C-1
District to the C-2 District, and said C(anmission has recital,ended
approval of said Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point where the center line of Baker Street
intersects the center line of First Street; thence Easterly
along the center line of First Street for a distance of
182 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Baker Street
for a distance of 152 feet, more or less; thence Westerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
First Street for a distance of 182 feet, more or less, to
the center line of Baker Street; thence Southerly along the
center line of Baker street for a distance of 152 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the C-2 District, and
Sectional District Map 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 414 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
