CITY LIMITS TO SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TRASK
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council
determination, and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, the following subsection is hereby
added to Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code:
(aa) Fairview Street from the North City Limits 40 miles per hour
to the South property line of Trask Avenue
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED ANDADOP1ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 15th day of April~ 1963.
