OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT
APPLICATION NO. 432 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 7-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 432 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 432, filed by
ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, et al., for a change in District classification
from the C-2 and P Districts to the C-3 District, and said Con~nission
has recommended approval of said change with the understanding that
the applicant will make an application to rezone certain properties
within a 300 foot radius to the B suffix to permit adequate parking
for their proposed facility; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Main
Street intersects the center line of Tenth Street; thence
Northerly along the center line of Main Street for a
distance of 312 feet, more or less, to that point where
the center line of Main Street intersects the center line
of Eleventh Street; thence Easterly along the center line
of Eleventh Street for a distance of 358 feet, more or
less, to that point where the center line of Eleventh
Street intersects the center line of Bush Street; thence
Southerly along the center line of Bush Street for a
distance of 312 feet, more or less, to that point where
the center line of Bush Street intersects the center line
of Tenth Street; thence Westerly along the center line of
Tenth Street for a distance Of 358 feet, more or less, to
the center line of Main Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 and P Districts to the C-3
District, and Sectional District Map 7-5-9 (Exhibit AA 432 A) is
hereby amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963.

by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
