OF THE SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT
APPLICATION NO. 433 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 14-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 433 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 433, initiated by
said Commission for a change in District classification from the R-3
District to the R-4 District, and said Co~mission has recommended
approval of said change; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding:
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City Of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point located 1170 feet Southerly from the
center line of First Street and 365 feet Easterly from the
center line of Sullivan Street; thence Northerly along a
line approximately parallel to the center line of Sullivan
Street for a distance of 300 feet, more or less; thence
Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of First Street for a distance Of 740.2 feet, more or
less, to the Westerly boundary of a 30-foot drainage
channel; thence Southerly along the Westerly boundary of
said drainage channel for a distance of 300 feet, more or
less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel
tO the center line of First Street for a distance of 740.2
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-3 District to the R-4 District,
and Sectional District Map 14-5-10 (Exhibit AA 433 A) is hereby
amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963.

the Council of the City of Santa Aha, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 6th day of May, 1963, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May,
1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by said
Council by the following vote, to-wit:
