THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH
FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES FOR GRAND AVENUE
FROM SANTA CLARA AVENUE TO WARNER AVENUE
WHEREAS, upon recommendation by the Planning Com~aission and
the Department of Public Works and after public hearing on notice
the City Council has determined that the public safety, health and
general welfare require the establishment of Future Right of Way
Lines on Grand Avenue from Santa Clara Avenue to Warner Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Future Right of Way Lines are hereby
established for Grand Avenue from Santa Clara Avenue to Warner
Avenue, and that Section 9271 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is
hereby amended by amending Subsection (e) thereof to read as follows:
(e) Grand Avenue (McClay Street)
(1)
Between Santa Clara Avenue and Fourth Street, on
both sides, measured 45 feet from and at right
angles to the survey center line.
(2)
Between Fourth and First Streets, on both sides,
measured 45 feet from and at right angles to the
master plan center line as shown on Public Works
Department file 1-85-5 drawings.
(3)
Between First Street and Chestnut Avenue, on both
sides, measured 45 feet from and at right angles
to the survey center line.
(4)
Between Chestnut Avenue and McFadden Avenue, on
both sides, measured 45 feet from and at right
angles to the master plan center line as shown
on Public Works Department file 1-1-5 drawings.
(5)
Between McFadden Avenue and Warner Avenue (Delhi
Road) on both sides, measured 45 feet from and at
right angles to the survey center line.
(6)
Ail streets intersecting Grand Avenue from Santa
Clara Avenue to Warner Avenue (Delhi Road) shall
have 25 foot radius property line spandrels.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963.

Council of said City held on the 20th day of May, 1963, and was
again considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on
the 3rd day of June, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed
and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
