SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION
NO. 438 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
9-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 438 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 438,
filed by ADOLPH HEIN for a change in District classification from
the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity,convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Fifth Street
located 1,053 feet, more or less, Westerly from that
point where the center line of Fifth Street intersects
the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence Northerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 660 feet, more
or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Fifth Street for a
distance of 395.6 feet, more or less; thence Southerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 660 feet, more
or less, to the center line of Fifth Street; thence
Easterly along the center line of Fifth Street for a
distance of 395.6 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District,
and Sectional District Map 9-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification as shown on Exhibit AA 438 A.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council

considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the
3rd day of June, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed
and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
