SUBSECTION (c) OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, a precise alignment of Flower Street between the
center line of Seventeenth Street and a point 200 feet North of
said center line has been adopted and nun%bered P.P.S.A.--OT.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Subsection (c) of Section 9271 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to delete sub-paragraph (1)
thereof so that said Subsection (c) reads as follows:
"(c) Flower Street:
(1) On both sides, 40 feet measured from and at
right angles to the survey center line, between
the survey center line of Seventeenth Street
and the survey center line of Pine Street.(NS 382)"
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963.

of said City held on the 17th day of June, 1963, and was again
considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 1st
day of July, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
