SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION
NO. 446 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
25-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 446 B)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 446, filed by
EUGENE B. SIVE for a change in District classification frc~ the
R-1 District to the C-2 District, and said Commission has recommended
the change be from the R-1 District to the 125-C2 District, which
provides for a minimum lot width of 125 feet; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of San Lorenzo
Drive intersects the center line of Bristol Street; thence
Northerly along the center line of Bristol Street for a
distance of 650 feet, more or less, to the center line of
He~alock Way; thence Easterly along the center line of Hemlock
Way for a distance of 499.6 feet, more or less, to the center
line of an alley; thence Southerly along the center line of
said alley for a distance of 650 feet, more or less, to the
center line of San Lorenzo Drive; thence Westerly along the
center line of San Lorenzo Drive for a distance of 499.6 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the 125-C2 District,
and Sectional District Map 25-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 446 B.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1963.
