SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION
NO. 450 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 450 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 450, filed by
LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION for a change in District classi-
fication from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and said
Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point on the center line of Louise Street
located 185.7 feet, more or less, southerly from the center
line of Seventeenth Street and 349.3 feet, more or less,
easterly from the center line of Bristol Street; thence
southerly along the center line of Louise Street for a
distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence westerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Seventeenth Street for a distance of 174.7 feet, more or
less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Louise Street for a distance of
100 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth
Street for a distance of 174.7 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Louise Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District,
and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 450 A.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1963.
