SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 479 AND
AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 10-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 479 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Cc~mission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 479,
initiated by said Commission for a change in District classification
frc~ the A-1 District to the M-1 District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the Santa Aha City boundary line
located on the easterly bank of the Santa Ana River and
736.3 feet, more or less, southwesterly from the center
line of Fifth Street; thence northeasterly along said
Santa Ana City boundary line for a distance of 736.3 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Fifth Street; thence
easterly along the center line of Fifth Street for a
distance of 410.0 feet, more or less; thence southwesterly
along a line approximately parallel to the east bank of
the Santa Aha River for a distance of 736.3 feet, more or
less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Fifth Street for a distance of 410
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified frc~ the A-1 District to the M-1 District, and
Sectional District Map 10-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 479 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 2nd day of December, 1963, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th day
of December, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following Vo%e, to wit:
