THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
TRAFFIC TO MOVE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION
ONLY ON ANALLEY BETWEEN ROSSAND BIRCH,
SOUTH OF TENTH STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 3273 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3273. O~e-Way Alleys.
No person shall operate any vehicle in a Southerly
or in an Easterly direction in any alley connecting
two or more streets in, or terminating in, Central
Parking Districts '~" or "B", except that vehicles may
travel in a Northerly or Southerly direction in the
North-South alley connecting Fifth and Sixth Streets
between Main and Sycamore Streets.
No person shall operate a vehicle in a Northerly
direction in that certain alley lying West of Birch
Street and East of Ross Street between Eighth and
Tenth Streets.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days fr~n and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1964.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 6th day of January, 1964, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th day
of January, 1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
