SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON ~ENDMENT APPLICATION 490
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 490 A)
W~EREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 490, filed
by TSUTOMU TAKENAGA for a change in District classification from
the R-1 District to the C-5 District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance with
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Bolsa
Avenue intersects the center line of Andres Place; thence
Westerly along the center line of Bolsa Avenue for a
distance of 120 feet, more or less; thence southerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Andres Place for a distance of 200 feet, more or less;
thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 122.7 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Andres Place; thence
northerly along the center line of Andres Place for a
distance of 201 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Bolsa Avenue and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-5 District,
and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 490 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 6th day of April, 1964, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April,
1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by said
Council by the following vote,
