SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION 488
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 488 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 488,
filed by JACK JOSEPH, for a change in District classification
frc~ the R-2 District to the R-3H District, and said Commission
has recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance
with Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA A~A
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point on the center line of Lime Street
located 75 feet, more or less, easterly from that point
where the center line of Lime Street intersects the center
line of Van Ness Avenue; thence southerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Van Ness Avenue
for a distance of 125 feet, more or less; thence easterly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Lime Street for a distance of 50 feet, more or less; thence
northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Van Ness Avenue for a distance of 125 feet, more or
less, to the center line of Lime Street; thence westerly
along the center line of Lime Street for a distance of
50 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-3H District,
and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 488 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from1 and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of May, 1964.

of May, 1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted
by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
